FODMAP Score is operated by ELYON TECH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. ELYON TECH LLC is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this service.

What we collect
- Your email address and any name you choose to provide (via Clerk, our authentication provider).
- Subscription status and Stripe customer ID (via Stripe, our payment processor).
- A cookie that tracks whether you've used your one free scan on this device.
What we don't store
- Photos. Images are sent to a third-party AI service for analysis and then discarded. We don't keep them.
- Payment details. All card data is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Health diagnoses or medical records. We're a food-data tool, not a medical service.
Who we share data with
- A third-party AI service — for analysis of your scans. Subject to that provider's privacy terms.
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Clerk — for authentication.
We don't sell your data. Ever.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@fodmapscore.org. We'll process your request within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session cookies from Clerk) and for tracking your one free scan. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
