Is Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars low FODMAP?
FODMAP score
48
Moderate
It depends on the dose — one bar is genuinely small, but this is not a lactose-free product. Nonfat milk is the first ingredient, backed by Greek yogurt and milk protein concentrate, and none of it is lactase-treated, so each bar carries a real lactose load. On the plus side there are no sugar alcohols, no inulin, and no chicory root: it is sweetened with plain sugar, which keeps a single 3.5 oz bar in tolerable territory for many people, while two or three bars stack the lactose quickly.
What's inside
📏 One bar is 3.5 fl oz (about 80-100 calories) — the portion control is the whole game here, since the lactose stacks linearly with each additional bar.
Gentler alternatives
↳Breyers Lactose Free ice cream — Removes the lactose question entirely while staying a real frozen dairy dessert
↳Chobani Zero Sugar with frozen berries — Lactose-free yogurt base delivers a similar creamy-sweet snack with no milk sugar
↳GoodPop fruit pops — Dairy-free pops sweetened with fruit and cane sugar rather than dairy or polyols
