Is Fairlife Core Power Protein Shake low FODMAP?

FODMAP score

15

Low FODMAP

Yes — Core Power is one of the gentlest mainstream protein shakes on the FODMAP front. It's made from ultra-filtered milk that is lactose-free by filtration, with a lactase enzyme added to break down any remainder, and it's sweetened with monk fruit, stevia, sucralose, and ace-K rather than polyols, honey, or chicory root. The protein comes from real milk, not powders, with no fermentable fiber added.

What's inside

Ultra-filtered lactose-free milkFiltration removes most lactose before the bottle is ever filled — this is the core of the formula.
Lactase enzymePre-digests any remaining lactose right in the bottle.
Monk fruit juice concentrateA non-FODMAP sweetener — no polyol load.
Stevia leaf extractSteviol glycosides are not sugar alcohols and carry no FODMAP load at these amounts.
Sucralose + acesulfame potassiumNon-fermentable sweeteners, not FODMAPs.
CarrageenanNot a FODMAP, but this thickener is a known irritant for some sensitive guts.

📏 One bottle is 14 fl oz with 26g protein (42g in the Elite version) — because the lactose is already removed and pre-split, the full bottle stays a low FODMAP serving.
