Is Prime Hydration low FODMAP?

Low FODMAP

Prime Hydration is low FODMAP for most people at one bottle. It is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium rather than sugar or sugar alcohols, and the coconut water concentrate — the one FODMAP-relevant ingredient — makes up only about 10% of the bottle, keeping sorbitol and fructan exposure small. There are no juice concentrates, polyol sweeteners, or high-fructose syrups on the label.

What's inside

Coconut water concentrate (10%)Coconut water carries sorbitol and fructans in larger volumes, but at roughly a tenth of the bottle the effective dose stays small.
SucraloseNon-fermentable sweetener doing the heavy lifting instead of sugar — no FODMAP load.
Acesulfame potassiumSecond non-fermentable sweetener; no polyols or fermentable sugars.
BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine)Free amino acids with no carbohydrate component to ferment.
Gum arabic and ester gumStabilizers used in trace amounts, well below quantities that matter for fermentation.

📏 One 16.9 oz bottle keeps the coconut-water-derived FODMAPs minimal; several bottles back-to-back is how that small sorbitol and fructan dose starts to stack.
