Is Olipop Prebiotic Soda (all flavors) low FODMAP?
FODMAP score
88
High FODMAP
No — Olipop is not low FODMAP, and it's not close. Every flavor is built on the OLISMART blend, which stacks chicory root inulin and Jerusalem artichoke inulin — two of the most concentrated fructan sources you can put in a can — on top of cassava root fiber, and many flavors add apple juice concentrate for sweetness. That's roughly 9 g of mostly rapid-fermenting fiber per can, which is exactly the load a low FODMAP approach is designed to avoid.
What's inside
📏 One 12 oz can delivers about 9 g of fiber, most of it inulin-family fructans — a large dose to take in a single sitting.
Gentler alternatives
↳Zevia — Stevia-sweetened soda with no inulin, no added fiber, and no fructose-heavy juice.
↳Spindrift — Just sparkling water plus a small splash of real fruit juice — soda-adjacent without the fiber blend.
↳Plain seltzer with fresh lime — Zero fermentable carbs; the citrus gives the soda feel without any inulin.
